well i think this something u have to discover on your own. you should look up each of them and possible careers for each major and decide which one is more fitting to you. One thing i would be sure to look up is which field is more competitive because chances are lower for getting a Career in those fields. It all depend on you though, not what someone else thinks is better.

I think I heard on the news recently that Northwestern University in Evanston, IL just went out and bought some cutting edge professors in the nanotech field. I believe they went and shopped for the leaders of the research and moved them to Northwestern to make it the “silicon valley of nanotechnology”.
